This is a real gut punch. We sat next to each other in homeroom I think for all four years. Eliot was one of the nicest and best guys you could meet. A real character in high school, he grew up to be a serious man, but always fun loving. I'll never forget how he described his "philosophy of life" to me sitting in homeroom one day. He also told me his plan for success. I'm not sure if he followed it exactly but he became a success in life professionally and personally. While we didn't keep in regular touch, we connected at reunions and laughed over the old days, over and over again. I will really miss this goofy cut-up who became a man of the world. May his memory be for a blessing. Wishing strength and comfort to all his loved ones.
Eliot and I ( I believe with Ken Finkel),attended Sesame Day Camp at the age of 6-10. I was living near Broad and Allegheny over my parents Hardware store at the time.During this time ,my BFF was Paul Lobosco ( another surprise to see in 228).
It was a big surprise when I got to Central to see them both. Elliot lived on fringes of Mt.Airy( Tulpehocken St.??). We played cards together and always reminisced at reunions. Very Sad indeed..a funny guy..lots of laughs.
I remember Elliot as a smiling guy who seemed to almost float about as his spirit seemed so light and happy. He was filled with his light energy and loved sharing it. He always came from a good place. I wish I knew what he became as a man if anyone can tell us. Rest easy Elliot. Your smiling spirit lives on in us.

Wow. I used to jam with Eliot. He had drums and we had a blast. He had limitless energy and zest for life.
